Missing muffin builder elemnts in visual Composer

Hello
I want to use some muffin builder elements in Visual Composer but some elements eg Offer Slider Thumb, are not available in the Visual Composer ,Muffin builder option . Is there a way of adding them ?

Hi,

VC is not compatible with some items and these can not be added unfortunately.
