CSS no longer renders

At http://lpin.org/ it no longer renders CSS located within betheme options.I tried disabling all plugins and that did not work. For instance, the join/donate in the menu should have yellow background.

What I ended up doing was putting all the CSS which used to be in the BeTheme options area to the new CSS area that WP4.7 offers.

Apparently, that area is taking precedent?

So please remove css from that WP 4.7 section and put it into theme field instead and send us link to page where you did it so we can have a look.
