How to Create a Video with Png Overlay Directly overtop

Hi... I intend to create a section for a video. I would like for the video to be placed behind a png image. Is there a way to do this? I have tried using the muffin builder code Item and also the Visual Editor Item but the code is only showing as a block of text. Help Please

we are sorry but to be honest we do not have any workaround to make it possible and we think that it couldn't be possible without files customization.

Well, The issue somewhat lies with the code and Visual Editor Items not cooperating. Is there a way to get those to work properly?

But like we said above, we do not have any workaround to make it possible. So we really don't know what you did exactly and what does not work. In our opinion, what you ask for, requires files customization.
