I got an email about updating BeTheme
So....I am unsure how to update the BeTheme by myself. I want to update the BeTheme theme also on my Wordpress website. Is there a way to download the files and put them in wordpress without losing any of the saved data?

yes, you can do this that way of course. The best and easiest method is to download files and replace existing on server with the new one. If you did not modified any theme files, you won't lose anything because all settings and options are being stored in database.
