Reduce padding menu

Check my site www.1st-squad.com ! I want to reduce the padding (backgroud black?) on my menu ! When you scroll the menu's size is perfect ! i want the same at the top. Pleaz help me, thank you !

to reduce header height, you need to reduce logo size under Theme options > Global > Logo > Advanced section because it stretches top bar height.
