Perfomance issue
Hello,
I have problems with an extra low speed Wordpress project using BE THEME
THE WEBSITE

WORDPRESS, THEME AND PLUGINS INSTALLED ARE:
Wordpress: 4.7.2–en_US
Betheme: 16.5
Betheme child: 1.6.1
Contact form 7: 4.6.1
GTmetrix for Wordpress: 0.4.2
Slider Revolution: 5.3.1.5
UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore: 1.12.30
W3 Total Cache: 1.12.30
Wordfence: 6.2.10
WP Smush: 2.5.3
WP Multilingual CMS: 3.6.2
WPML String Translation: 2.5.1
WPML Translation Management: 2.2.6
THE SERVER (GO DADDY)
I have contacted the technical service and they tell me that there are no performance problems in the server log. They also confirm that the following versions of PHP and MySQL are installed
PHP: 5.4
MySQL: 5.5
GTMETRIX
At the recommendation of GoDaddy, I used this diagnostic tool
The results are disastrous
W3 TOTAL CACHE + WP SMUSH
I followed the recommendations of GTMETRIX:
I installed W3 TOTAL CACHE + WP SMUSH and configured them according to the tips.
What else should I look into?

As you can see above, results are pretty good. So if you have a problem with your site, we suggest to check many different configurations like: disabling plugins, accurate configuration of W3 Total Cache (this plugin as a lot to do with server configuration and it should be configured probably with your admin or hosting provider as they know very well what configuration would be the best).
