Memory problem ?
Sometimes I apply a change in the design and I can not visualize it at the moment.
I hope it is not the memory problem that does not allow to see the changes in the moment.
I have made the changes that advised in your instructional document but I still have drawbacks.
(To do this disable cache plugin and modify the values of .htccess and php.ini)
It makes me practically impossible to modify the site.

if you mean that you do not see any changes in front-end after you saved them properly in the back-end, the problem would be definitely on cache side. We suggest to remove cache plugin and you will see a difference.
