Visual Composer columns problem

I have a problem with the VC. I have a row with 3 columns, but the columns appear underneath each other in stead of next to each other.. How to fix this? You can see it here: http://bit.ly/2kkiACK

Note: the first row is how it supposed to be, this one is made with your own muffin page builder. But I also want to use the VC (the second row you see in 3 rows below each other).

Hi,

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine. Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.

I don't think it is a HTML problem, because I used exactly the same HTML in your own muffin Builder, and as you can see, that is working well! I use standard template.

Another strange thing is when I save the page, Visual Composer automatically adds a row with a empty text block in it..

I deactivated all other plugins and still the visual composer problem appears. There is an update available for VC, but cannot auto update.

Can you check it again please?

From what you wrote above, sounds like the real problem might be related with incomplete VC files. In such case, you need to update VC thru FTP. I updated the VC according to the guidelines on that page. Unfortunately, this isn't working.
