How can i change the mouse over effect on my side www.dein-mathecoach.de/lernvideos?

I want to have the effect, that the background colour switches to white and the font colour switches to green...

Ok, so to change this color, you need to use the following css:

a.button:hover .button_label { background: #FFF !important; color: #20BE3C !important; }
a.button { overflow: visible !important; }
