What is the optimal header image size? 

This header graphic was pre-loaded into our website, but I can't find the original image in the media library. 

It's the yellow graphic on this page: 

Our graphic designer sent us header graphics, but when I loaded one onto this page, it's cutoff on the edges. 

Please let me know what to do for this fix.
