Muffin Builder isn't saving new sections

Hi. 

I'm using 16.7 and I'm having issues with the muffin builder. It was working fine until this morning when it started to act odd. Whilst duplicating a section to make a different mobile version than desktop, it deleted a section below for no reason. Next I tried to add a new section and a couple of wraps and when I update the page the section disappears. I've tried this several times now and keeps happening. Also the switch at the bottom the page that removes the padding, won't stay switched when I update the page. Not sure what to do now, need help.
