The Language Switcher isn't show up on Mobile website

I am trying to add Language Switcher on Mobile layout. But it isn't show up on Mobile website.
I'm using WPML as multi language Plugin. There's no Language Switcher when I open the website on mobile. I was trying to configure on WPML Languages option,but there no any option to set it to appear on Mobile. Not sure that this is the problem of WPML or the Theme
Please give me any suggestion to figure it out

as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/3nOFJ5Cld.png there is language switcher in the right top corner next to the menu already.
