Can modify or created a new menu

I'm just trying to ad a page to a menu and when I click "add to menu " nothing happens. I also created a new menu with the same problem. This as you can understand is very important and I'm "stuck" with this issue...

please switch to any default WP theme and check if the same thing happens.

I resolve the issue by increasing the memory allocation file
