updated woocommerce and now no pagination?

just updated woocommerce and now there is no pagination?
It only displays 12 products when there is 16 products in that category?

we also use latest woocommerce version and we did not lost any pagination. We can have a look on it but only if you will send us full access to dashboard and FTP on pm.
