  The font you are using wich is 'source sans pro' does not work with your language. Look at the screenshot I made using google fonts website:

  Source Sans Pro should work with Turkish according to this discussion. (If it doesn't include working fonts, you should have deleted it.): http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/9873/tuerkce-karakterler-turkish-fonts/p1

  
  

  Also when I write Turkish characters in Google Fonts website, it works there too. What we see in the ss that you sent, it happens because you copy and paste broken part of the writing and it shows in another broken way. I'm adding a ss to let you see that it works on Google Fonts.:
