How to remove that Blue Section below header

How to get rid of Blue Section below the menu! Please HElp me ASAP! I looked into everything but confused to find its solutions!

BTW, Can i display Header Background for few pages and other pages without header backgrounds....if its possible...how can i do so? Need to add any css code?

Yes, it is possible of course. While you edit/create page, please use "Featured image" option where you can setup header images for pages.
