Detailing Demo Page

Hi! I need to make my Main Menu just like the Betheme Detailing Demo Page. I.e the logo is on the left and the expanded Menu appears only when clicked. The closest I got was by using the CREATIVE RIGHT header. Please help to create it.

Go to theme options>responsive>header then scroll down to the menu section and select the style to side slide
