Category pages

I'm using the BE Biker theme with the 4 thumbnails under the slider at the top on the front page. Each thumbnail links to a category page however, the contents of these pages has other posts in them that have not been given that particular category label. Is there a way to fix this so that only the posts with the corresponding category labels show up in each of the category pages?

Hi,

Did you select one category on each post ? If you select more than one then they will appear in both.

Yes, just one category per post. They are appearing in category pages that they are not tagged for. I assume these pages are self-generating as I haven't made them? Should I instead make dedicated pages and then add a blog element with each having a filter by category?
