How do I make my gallery like the BeB&W demo?

I'd like to make my gallery look like the BeB&W demo:

The only changes I'd like is that I'd like my photos to start in color and fade to B&W on hover.

Please advise.

As we see, on B&W we used gallery shortcode with style="flat" option and if you want to get the same flat look, you must use this style as well on your website.

How do I make my gallery like the BeB&W demo?
