Error when saving betheme options

Hello, During the last 2 theme updates i now get errors when i update theme options and sometimes when i update a page. Everything gets saved when i click on update but the a white page with similar errors displays.

I don't have that error but I can't save any options on pages that are part of the theme like hide content, padding or add a slider.

You both have low input_vars and memory_limit set. Please contact your hosting provider to increase these vaules.
