Installing widget with sidebar

Hi So i made a sidebar and a widget to go inside so that i can have all my product categories on the left side of the website.  how do i make the sidebar static on all pages when you click one of the product categories.

    I think the side bar changes to a woocommerce widget when it goes to the porduct categories since it does that it will make it hard for me to make the page static i can however make the widget show up on the right side. i dont understand.

    all WooCommerce related pages display own sidebar which is called Plugin | WooCommerce and you can find it under Appearance > Widgets section. Please notice that WooCommerce pages displays this sidebar only.
