RevSlider > Broken on frontend - works great on backend

Support,

Our instance of RevSlider + Be isn't working on the frontend.

Buttons aren't clickable (until second cycle through slide show)
Slide navigation indicators are broken (displaying [ ] instead of arrows)
Navigation bullets aren't displaying

We've been forced to select "Put JS Includes to Body" as it was displaying an error due to JS enqueuing.

We've deactivated all other plugins and all the above outlined errors persist.

WP version: 4.7.3

RevSlider: 5.4.1

Be: 16.7

All interactions and preview on backend work great, which leads us to believe this is theme related.

Please advise.
