Exclude Category not working

I need to exclude a category, in appearance > Betheme options > Blog, portfolio & shop > blog > Exclude Category, I add the slug category but it does not work.

what "category name" you have added? Please make a screenshot and send it to us. Also, please send us link to page where you did it and it does not work.
