Transparent Background around text

Hi I am building a website on callawassie.group46marketing.com. On that URL I want to put transparent backgrounds around the text on callawassie.group46marketing.com. Is there a way to do that.

I am looking to do what is on http://callawassie.group46marketing.com/discovery-visit/ with the green background, but instead of solid I am wanting it to have opacity
