Mobile Menu
1) The mobile menu is being selected by what is selected as the "main menu" in appearance > menus. Is there a way to get my mobile menu to load up all my menus?
2) If not is there a way to create an entirely separate mobile menu? This is not my preference as I would have to update multiple menus then, but it is an option if the above does not work.
This below question is separate from the menu.
3) Is there a way to add a small widget area directly above: .with_aside .sections_group? I would like to put in some navigation menus there, right above the top of every page. Which page would you suggested editing & copying into my child folder?

Unfortunatelly all of your question are not possible to achieve with the theme options.
There is only one responsive menu and it is the same as the main menu.
