Link hover color

Hello,

my link hover color does not respond to the settings I made. I want to have my text (link) color change to #F87C09. It is currently blue and does not show the hover effect I wish to have.

I adjusted the setting in the BeTheme options as well as in the general CSS.

Anything I missed?

I want to have all links in my content area with the hover effect. I attached a screenshot with some examples within my main page xpsilon.com.

appears to be that hover color change does not work in titles and subtitles. In content area, the color changes.
