A secondary side menu, alongside primary header menu?

I am curious if there is a way to add a second, right-hand side menu alongside an existing top menu. Here is a website for example, that I am trying to take the function from:


See how there are 'two' configured menus here? I am curious how that is possible, with BeTheme, if it even is! Thank you.

    Hi,
    the only way to add a second menu is by enabling the action bar in theme options and going to appereance>menus>manage locations and select your menu as social menu. This will disable the social icons but let you have the menu.
