Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Also, please tell us, what is the name file you try to upload.

First update the php version of your server to at least 5.6

i got this reply from my hosting:

This is to inform you that your domain sytec.com.ph is currently hosted on one of our old servers having an old version of php.
May we ask if you are willing to have your domain migrated to the newest server running the latest version of Plesk Onyx with latest versions of php.
Kindly also take note that the new server is running on Linux and not on Windows server.

hosting has already uploaded server and i'm uploading theme and i'm getting this error:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Then please contact your hosting provider and kindly ask them to increase the upload_max_filesize on your server. There is nothing we can do.

I do not know what the second screen has to do with php.

Please update the PHP to 7.0, max_input_vars to at least 5000

We cannot do it, only your hosting provider.

Thanks for the reply. they said they only do 5.60 version. Can that be the miniumum version for it to work?

If they cna't update max_input_vars to at least 5000, will betheme won't work?

I have already installed betheme.
