Problem with Single Product

Hi,

I have some problems with the last versions of BeTheme and WooCommerce. The prettyphoto (lightbox?) doesn't work properly. Here an example:

Any idea what the problem is?

Hi,

this is how the new woocommerce works, we do not change anything. They are using a diffrect way of displaying images now.

Yes, they have changed the script completly. The popup with the image looks diffrent.

Hi,

I restored the files from a previous version (betheme / woocommerce) that I have locally and the result was as follows:

The styles are back but the woocommerce system said my betheme woocommerce template are outdated. Can you help us?

Yes, because some of the files used in the theme are outdated and need to be updated/deleted. TO do this, remove completely the theme from your FTP and install it again. The old files will be gone. Although we do not recommend to downgrade betheme and woocommerce. We will not be able to help if any more errors come across.

Please make a backup.

is the same problem we have. The BeTheme woocommerce files are bugged or something...

It's not bugged, I just told you. If you get the message that the files are outdated you need to delete the whole theme and install it again. Please have the latest version of betheme and woocommerce.

We will not help with old files, there were some fixes made in the past. Please use the latest versions.

My BeTheme version: 17.8.1

Woocommerce version: 3.0.4

All cache cleared

Only the BeTheme plugins required.

And the problem still...

But everything works correctly, the image opens. Where is the problem? Woocommerce changed the image script, and the single product styles. We do not interfere with the wooocommerce files.

No, it's not working. Look the image and see the styles and the funcntions.

I can't believe you don't understand the point. We have purchased 4 licenses of your theme and in fact I think we will look for other options better....

I told you already that woocommerce changed it in version 3.0.

The link you have sent me with the shop is still on woocommerce 2.6, as if you look here:

This shop was updated to version 3.0
