Hi there,

I'm trying to update the theme but I didn't have any success.

I just bought the license for wpbakery at least to update that by myself, but to do that I shoud delete the old version and reinstal the plugin updated. 

Are there gonna be any problem doing that with betheme?Their support told me to ask about it.

Moreover, can you please tell me how to update the theme without loosing everything in the webesite?

I really need step by step support, forum's discussion are way too complicated.

Can't find any mail or ticket are to ask for help.

I just extended support just for this reason.

    HI,
    We always recommend making a backup before.
    If you did not change any files directly in the theme you will lose nothing because all of the settings and content are held in the database not in the files.

    The best way would be to remove the theme completly and dowload the latest version of betheme from themeforest. Then install it in your wordpress.

    What plugin are we talking about here?
