Underline on Hover?

I get the underline color on hover on the home page but dont see it on my sub pages. Is this only suppose to do this for the home page?

I have menu under slider on home in which i see the purple line on to the menu when hovering but not on other pages.. thanks

The underline color is not visible on subpages, because lines are visible on Action bar which is not available on your site. But below css will do what you need:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a:after { top: 0; }
