Hi,

The site concerned here is:

What is happening is that content is disappearing, like 'Contacts' and 'Tickets' and even if we enter new content it is not being saved. This happened at http://www.cosmosdiscovery.pt/en and can confirm how it was at http://www.cosmosdiscovery.pt/.

Hi again,

I had to back up the site, because it is online and was deformed, but any content that I want to enter causes the same contents to disappear: 'Contacts' and 'Tickets'. And does not allow to save any info.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
