BeTheme + Woocommerce: reset password can not works

BeTheme 17.8 Woocommerce 3.0.4.

The reset password function of my site can not works. Always is show this message: "Password reset is not allowed for this user" (any user, admin, editors, clients; is a translation from italian).

I have disabled all plugins and reactivated one by one. The problem appears activating Woocommerce, so the problem is the integration between BeTheme ad Woocommrce.

Any solution?

Hi,
Please try to activate another theme and check if this happens. It could be a lot of things.

I solved the problem. I write here to prevent others from falling. The problem was the plugin 'noCaptcha reCaptcha', deleted an changed with 'Advanced noCaptcha reCaptcha' without any problem. Thanks anyway and thanks for your time.
