Impossible to remove footer block

I read well the documentation, and I spent many hours trying to remove the footer block just above copyright block.

Can you tell me exactly How I can remove this block ? impossible to find the way to do it on Widgets And on betheme option > Footer

I am really stucked :-( Please help

go to appearance>widgets and remove the widget from one on the footer areas, look in all 5. Here is a screen: http://prntscr.com/f3jufy
