Lost page content

Hi,

I customized a page from a pre-built website.  Then I went to make a slight change and the page did not save, when I went back the entire contents of Muffin builder was gone ( only on that page, so not turned off).  I looked for revisions and there are none, I contacted my webhost for backup files and again there was nothing, (this may be their issue, although I pay extra for site backup).  I am hesitant to build a site where the content can be so easily lost and no back ups available.  What do you recommend for backing up muffin builder content?  Also if I need to just get back the pre-built content on that one page, is there a way to copy it from somewhere?  I don't want to reinstall the whole site because I have already modified other pages.
