How to make a submenu visible in betheme prebuild website DIETITIAN?

I use the the prebuild website dietitian and i like to create a submenu within the mainmenu (the one prebuild in the theme), which drops down when the mouse cursor goes upon it. Is that possible? The submenu shell include 2 more pages.

Hi,
Just go to appareance>menus and add the menu items, like this:

I already did what you recommended. But it didn't work.

The overlay menu has only one level, you cannot show submenus on this.
