How to take back the language changing menu?

I used to have this language changing menu with flag icons, how can take it back?

Hi Slava,

if you want to get languages selector with flags, you must have WPML plugin installed and after that menu comes automatically.

Of course it is not possible. This is the best multilingual plugin with full support and updates and it can't be for free.

I have bought the WPML, downloaded the Multilingual CMS plugin from the WPML web site, then downloaded the file-pugin to my word press web site, clicked “activate” and after that the white screen appeared in my admin panel and nothing appears else, just white screen… Please help!!
