Featured Image not showing on single blog posts

Hi,
I have made to show the featured image to show on single posts, but these are not showing up.
This is the blog page, http://www.buybaremetal.com/news/ and if you click on one of the blog posts, you wont see the featured image. I have tried the documentation you guys have provided.
Please let me know the fix asap.

THe second post have a featured image set up but the first one does not.
Please set the featured image to it.
