How can I change the button background colour on hover only? And only for the menu?

Yes I am aware of the theme options however it doesnt seem to have an option for background colour on hover only as standard and then font colours..

This issue was resolved with custom css, still waiting for the button screen.

As in the background hover over the menu.. the frame that you can get around that.....

But you do not get any frame around the menu links.
You can change the menu hover effect in theme options>menu&action bar>menu
