which free multi lang plugin be theme support ?

hello, i just finish install be theme, and for our website we need 2 languages and also we need to be support both RTL and LTR 

so for example i have main site to be in English and other langues to be optional and user or guest can choose

can you please provide me with some free plugins  as WPML is not free.
