I probably will have to migrate one of my BeTheme website to a new hosting. The domain will remain the same but probably in https...
Before I migrate it, I need to unsubscribe the theme and then register it again later, or can I make changes without touching the theme's registration...?

you need to deregister theme under BeTheme > Dashboard section in current location first and then register on a new one.
