How to get in touch with rev slider support?

Hi,

I wanted to use https://themepunch.ticksy.com for a very specific issue with the rev slider that I have, when I use my purchase code that I have for the Be theme I get the information that the code is invalid.... I don't know whta to do, because I'm stuck now... 

I created a slider with a youtube video, that plays automatically when the page opens. 
I added a mute and play audio button so that visitors have some control over the audio..

But now the audio goes on and off when the mouse hovers over another link button and the slide self.
Sounds for me like I need some assistence from the rev slider team.

What's the best way to get to them as using their tickscy with the Be Theme purchase code doesn't work... :(
