Hello I'm trying to Deregister my version of updated betheme on www.publixpharma.com but the option to Deregister isn't answering available, kindly help with the issue

I have upgraded my servers. But can not use Betheme, do not register. Code is 62d8

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: www.manyband.de

How can I disable it?
