    Hi,
    please go to theme options>global>advanced. There at the botton you have to change the table prefix. Please see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/frc0w6

    For acces this setting I need Remove folfer "revslider", I have 2 blogs, I go to the table prefix setting and change to "prefix" (older is base-prefix) for each Blog.

    When I make the new install, I have the same error :(

    I have make a test with a older (4.6.93) version of Revslider no problème

    It is complicated because my it is a test server and to see it I had to modify my local dns. So you would have to do the same thing ...

    Okay, have you tried removing the theme and the plugin via FTP and then installing the newest version of the theme as well as the plugin? If not, please do.
