Change clients slider navigation

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to change the clients navigation.

I would like the same kind of navigation that other sliders. But if I use the classic sliders, there is only one logo by slider. I can try to put 4 or 5 logo in a same image, but I think it's not good with the responsive...
