Layer Slider not updating

Hi

LAyer slider is not allowing me to import free sliders because it not updated.

When I am trying to update it, it says the package is not available.

Please help.

Hi,

to update Layer Slider, you need to deactivate plugin first and then, under Appearance > Install Plugins, please check this plugin and choose Update option.

I did as you said, but its not updating. I am getting an error of "Update package not available"

Are you updating from betheme>install plugins?

What version of the plugin have you got?

I have got version 6.4.0. and I tried to update it via both the methods

1) installed plugins > layerslider

2) Appearance > Install Plugins

Try to disable the plugin and then update it.

Also update the theme to the newest version before you start updating any plugins.

The theme is updated to latest version.

I am getting a notification to update "Layer slider WP".

But, when I'm trying to update the layer slider, it says, "An error occurred while updating LayerSlider WP: Update package not available."

Please guide.
