Post Navigation for one category?

Hey there!
In my BeTheme blog are above the single blog page two arrows for post navigiaton.
These arrows crawl trough all posts (order by date). Is there a way to crawl only one category or avoid one category in the post-nav?

no sorry, this is not possible, navigation will always go to the next date.
