Responsive only for smartphone/handy

Hi,

is there any possibilty to change the website to a responsive view only for smartphones? The ipad version shoud stay in a normal view.

But is it possible to switch only the menu to an responsive view on smartphones and not on ipads?

It does not work this way, it depends on the resolution as well. You can change the breakpoint in theme options>responsive>header under initial width option.
