In the Muffin builder, when I use a blog component, or a blog news component etc. they don't list custom post types... I don't know how to explain any further. Those components show only usual post types, but if you use a custom post type, they don't lshow them...
So they do not show custom post types you have created? If the custom post types were created manually bu you or by some plugin then we cannot help. We do not support custom code or third-party plugins. There is just too much things that could go wrong. You would also need to change the theme files directly to make it work.
