this is a new demo and is included into latest theme version only. You must download latest package and then it will be in import data section inside theme.
@soasti We don't have anything like cleaner. If you want to use clean version, you must remove all stuff from different sections in the dashboard. However this is a good suggestion and we'll consider it while future updates.
